Non-Alcoholic Beverages Brand Manager
Salary: DOE | Location: TBD: either Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, or Hayden
As the NA Manager, you will be responsible for building profitable volume of all assigned brands through the expansion of outlet distribution, effective merchandising and superior execution of promotional programs. The ideal candidate is self-driven, and looking to be a part of an emerging portfolio within an established wholesaler system.
•Execute the sales plan for each supplier and develop appropriate action plans and account presentations.
•Secure new outlet availability through route rides, crew drives, account presentations and local key account calls as required.
•Provide ongoing communication to each area sales team and act as primary contact for all NA suppliers.
•Assess and review regular recaps outlining objectives and results.
•Determine any course corrections in regards to SKU rationalization for distributor and customers.
•Responsible for all forecasting and ordering of NA portfolio.
•Assist area manager with price activity, bill backs, and other administrative duties as assigned.
•High School Education; Bachelor degree preferred
•Valid driver’s license
•3 years’ experience in sales and management, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage and/or consumer products industry; 3+ plus years’ experience in sales and management is preferred
•Ability to travel throughout Idaho
