The delivery driver will be responsible for local delivery activities within a defined territory. The schedule is 4, 10-hour days.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete a pre-trip vehicle inspection.
• Drive assigned route, delivering beer in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Check product in with store personnel.
• Fill all cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.
• Pick up empty keg shells, damaged items, or mis-ordered products for credit.
• Collect on invoices and complete detailed route paperwork daily
• Rotate all products according to company standards.
• Be courteous to customers and their employees at all times.
• Communicate effectively with sales reps
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
• Must be able to lift 25-35lbs regularly, and 160lbs to waist level.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class-A CDL license, and medical card.
• Must be able to navigate with a hand truck full of products.
• Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices.

• Handle a wide array of different beverage products, safely and efficiently.
• Drive either a company vehicle, or their own with mileage reimbursement, between stops
• Follows directions as communicated to them from salesman.
• Position reports to the branch level merchandising manager.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Self-motivated, as they will not have a manager on site with them.
• Enjoys a job where they are active and moving around often.
• Organized, with attention to detail.
• Prefers a flexible, dynamic job, as this is not a 9-5 “office job”

The Sales Representation will oversee the company’s beverage sales activities within a defined territory.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pitch the entire company’s portfolio of products in an assigned territory.
• Monitors existing accounts inventory and orders, communicating regularly with primary contacts for the account.
• Works to establish new accounts in the territory.
• Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by VP of Sales.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales & service.
• Stay up to date on new products and the changing needs of the market.
• Provide support to the category management team in regards to executing resets, drawing of schematics, and selling new schematics to key customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• You will need a reliable vehicle that can drive up to 70 miles a day-  You will be reimbursed for company miles driven

· Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

· Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure high service levels, while exploring the most cost-effective solutions.

· Establish and analyze financial and operational KPI’s to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

· Utilize our routing software, Wyze, to monitor daily routing, while providing recommendations to improve efficiency to delivery supervisors.

· Minimal travel will be required, once/quarter visits to our main sites.

· Other related duties as assigned, reports to the President/CEO.

Preferred Skills/Abilities: (Must currently reside in the market, we are not considering relocations at this time)

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry.

· Ability to manage budgets and improve profitability through contract negotiations and vendor management.
